Regular pickets were held outside Tesco, leafletting shoppers and asking them not to buy apartheid goods, and encouraging them to write to the Tesco management objecting to them selling apartheid goods. The store at Eastville reversed its policy because of protests, in particular by the St Paul's Apartheid-Free Zone campaigners.
